The commercial fitout design for this busy clinic focuses on striking the ideal balance between efficient clinical workflow, regulatory compliance, hygiene, and a positive patient experience. The main objective was to create a highly functional solution that prioritizes the demands of daily operations. A standout feature of the proposed design is a green wall made of maintenance-free artificial plants, which enhances the waiting area and contributes to a welcoming environment. 

The design is meticulously aligned with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards. Wherever possible, the project leverages the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval pathway to streamline approvals and accelerate construction timelines.
