Barton Crescent, North wahroonga (addition/alteration)

 This design was developed as part of an addition and alteration proposal for a site subject to bushfire and biodiversity controls. The project carefully responds to these constraints while successfully navigating the Development Application (DA) process.

The proposal delivers a complete transformation of the existing dwelling (shown in top left) into a contemporary split-level home. The design enhances spatial functionality and natural flow, aligning with modern lifestyle needs, while remaining sensitive to the original structure.

A key focus of the project was achieving a refined architectural outcome within a budget-conscious framework. Through thoughtful planning and efficient design decisions, the result is a modern, practical, and cost-effective home that balances compliance, aesthetics, and liveability.
